Leah Wildman grew up with an actor father and chef mother, and considers herself a direct by-product of them both. She studied French gastronomy in the south of France, and staged in the south before moving to Paris. After her return to Canada, she started two catering companies and had a meal delivery service. She enjoys hosting pop-up retaurants and collaborating with other chefs. She was voted Toronto’s Hottest Chef in 2013. Leah loves preparing simple foods, utilizing a small number of ingredients in inspired and flavorful combincations.
