Winter Beer Sour

Yield: 1 drink



1 ounce (30 ml) bourbon

1 ounce (30 ml) lemon juice

¾ ounce (20 ml) maple syrup

Ice cubes, for shaking

1 can wheat beer

Orange slice, to garnish



Add bourbon, lemon juice, and maple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes and shake until the shaker feels cold. Strain into a highball glass. Top with beer. Garnish with an orange slice.
