Prosecco Mignonette

Yield: ½ cup mignonette



5 tablespoons (75 ml) prosecco

3 tablespoons (45 ml) champagne vinegar

1 shallot, finely chopped

¼ teaspoon (1 ml) Himalayan pink salt

¼ teaspoon (1 ml) white peppercorns, crushed

Oysters, for serving




Mix together prosecco, champagne vinegar, shallot, salt, and peppercorns. Serve with freshly shucked oysters.
