3 tablespoons (45ml) olive oil
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 pound (454 grams) medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon (15ml) dried chili flakes
2 tablespoons (30ml) fresh parsley, chopped
Manchego cheese, to serve
Spanish olives, to serve
Heat olive oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic to the pan, stir and cook for two minutes, until golden.
Add chili flakes and cook one minute.
Add shrimp and cook for three minutes.
Flip shrimp and parsley, season with salt.
Toss shrimp and cook for an additional three to four minutes, until shrimp are firm and pink.
Transfer shrimp and pan juices to a serving dish and serve hot with olives and Manchego cheese on the side.
